Shipping & Delivery

We use a variety of shipping providers as we have found over the years that the best service provider for different size packages and shipping destinations varies.

If once you have placed an order you need to change or amend your Shipping Address please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can change the address for you, unfortunately once an order has left our warehouse there is nothing we can do. Please note that if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address and you wish for us to resend your order this may incur our standard delivery charge.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Switzerland. All orders are enclosed in plain unbranded packaging.

We regularly deliver orders to addresses withinSwitzerland, Europe, the United States and the Far and Middle East.

The following shows the countries to which we currently ship. When completing your Billing and Shipping Address details if you live outside the countries listed below you can select "Other Country" in the drop down list and then type your country into the new box that appears. We will need to confirm any order based on the "Other Country" before it is accepted.

For orders destined for delivery outside of Switzerland you may be liable for local customs, import duties or taxes ('duty'). For more information please see our Terms and Conditions, section Customs.

Returns & Replacements

You may return any items for whatever reason, even if you just change your mind, as long as you send them back within 60 days of receiving them. You may opt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached and the packaging undamaged and complete.

If you would like the returned item to be exchanged for another product include full details of the item you would like us to send you. Alternatively please let us know if it is a refund you would like instead. Return postage for items you choose to return will not be refunded.

Please return items to us enclosing proof of purchase and a note with your name, order number, date of order and reason for return.

When returning any goods from overseas, please clearly mark the package on the outside with 'RETURNED GOODS'. Unfortunately if any incoming customs charges are incurred as a result of this message not being added a charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred by us. For Customs duties on Returned items please also refer to section Customs of our Terms and Conditions.
